Although this knife's specialty is woodcarving, it is a great general-purpose knife for bushcraft. Being slightly puukko influenced, it would excel in fishing, hunting, food prep, and other miscellaneous camp tasks as well.

The steel is 1/8 inch O1 high carbon tool steel, heat-treated in an electronically controlled furnace to an RC of 59. The blade is equipped with a hair-shaving sharp and mirror polished scandi grind.

The knife has a 3 inch blade, and a full-sized 4.4 inch handle. The stabilized curly maple scales are contoured to a full coke-bottle shape, to make for a very comfortable handle for long-term use. The handle shape is nearly identical all the way around, making it very versatile in numerous grips.

A hand-made leather sheath is included; made of 7-8 oz leather, stitched with waxed artificial sinew. It is dyed java brown, and has a high-sheen water repellent finish.

Price: $195.00 plus $5.00 shipping
SOLD

The first who says "I'll take it" either here, through PM, or through my email gets it. I prefer PayPal, but am open to other methods of payment.

Holy smokes, that's a beautiful knife. I'll bet it carves like a dream.

Before I put the final edge on it I gave it a go on some scrap wood. Yeah... I'll be making myself one of these. Haha. Thanks for looking, man.

Wowza!!! I'm blown away by your work. I just talked myself out of buying anymore knives for a few days though because I bought two unique sebenza's on the 19th :) Are you planning to make anymore like this in the future? If so I'll definitely pick one up!
Gabriel.

Yes, I should be making more in the future. That's both for the carving model as seen here, and other designs as well.

Thanks for looking guys, and thanks for the positive comments.
