Scandi Edge Testing ......... ( Results are crazy - dog gone nuts )

Ok , I understand what happened ...
Cos I am
A) Using a small stone
B) Sharpening by hand
The scratch pattern is not vertical , but rather more Horizontal .. This could by why 250 .....
I have re sharpened the knife & we will see what happens 2nd time round !
After's , I might sharpen on Diamond Plate .. ( Wait - I also have some wet stones ? )
 

Take two sharpening with the small stone !
Resulted in a 300 roll .. That is some 50 slices more 2nd time around ... ( lets not forget - Full Scandi edges )
And I did ever so slightly create a bigger Burr 2nd time around , which needed careful removal .
So ........ That's not too bad hand sharpening with a small stone ..
And that's it for testing for now .. Yes ... Sorry !
Need to buy more rope , which is not available right now .. So testing has to stop ! Will recommence when I can buy more rope @ a reasonable $$
