Wow! You've got the patience of Job! I want to know how long it will be before you break down and put a microbevel on it! :D
 
Actually that's what a microbevel of mine looks like. Easier to see it in the first picture.

You can read about my experiences so far there. Essentially the edge got some light rolls in it without the microbevel, and since adding it has been stable under things like chopping etc.
 
Dude how do you do that by hand? How long does it take? I think you are a patient man.
 
It takes too long. I used a DMT Extra Course for most of it, then once Ir eceived the XX Course in the mail I switched to that. Having a few of your favorite beers on hand helps. :D
