scandi grind which belt grinder to use for this type of grind

is one belt grinder better than others to make a scandi grind
or is it just a matter of skill. also do i do this grind with blade edge facing up or down?
i've read that a scandi grind is most useful in bush craft knives which are what
i wish to make.
 
Sure you can use any belt grinder.

Or use a jig. I free hand everything else, but I still use a jig for Scandi grinds.
