That's interesting but unless I'm missing something I can't tell if it's a locking blade or not. The drawings aren't really clear one way or the other.
I did find some pics here that appear to show a lock but they aren't the best either.
Thank you very much Marthinus for your input. I will consider contacting him and see if he would be willing to do this. Good to hear that you have been using this knife and it appears comfortable in all multiple grips.
I will post some pictures up when I get back to my PC for you to give you some idea of the knife in hand. (I am currently struggling with a 56k modem and its just torture to try and upload anything as it keeps redialing!)
If you have a little patience and can talk him into it, Ray Laconico wants to make some linerlocks. Imagine a linerlock from him with O1 or 1095 blade.
Just bought one of these on ebay for $61 and i couldn't be happier with it. It's my new EDC now. Great knife!I like the looks of the Boker and have been considering one for EDC, but I am the opposite end of the opinion from fortytwoblades. I think the Buck's shape would be more comfortable, for me anyway, for gripping and leverage in cutting away because of the thickness/meatiness at the back. I think it would be more stable and comfortable against the pocket of the palm. One thing I dislike about my WK-1 is the clip; it isn't comfortable during use and I took it off. Maybe if it were at the back like the Buck, it would be better. But, if not, I'd loose it.

Nice knife! Who makes these again? I'm doing an ebay search and WK-1 is not giving me any results.I like the looks of the Boker and have been considering one for EDC, but I am the opposite end of the opinion from fortytwoblades. HD do you have a pic of it closed? All the pics i can find are in the open position.
How close is the button to the frame?
I want to buy the knife but i'm not crazy about button openers, especially when the button rests right up against the frame in the closed position.
I wish they had left a little guard on the blade like on the Buck Vanguard, that way you could bypass the button and flip it open.
Check out Richard j's emerson a-101 he scandi ground for me. I know there is a picture somewhere on here.
