This is my first go at a finished Nessmuk style bushcraft knife. I did make the hump on the spine a bit less pronounced than some other interpretations of Nessmuk knives. Something about Nessmuk's remind me of the color forest green, so I went with that theme for the scales, liners and sheath.

The steel is 1/8 inch O1 high carbon tool steel, heat-treated in an electronically controlled furnace to an RC of 59. The blade is equipped with a hair-shaving sharp and mirror polished scandi grind. Overall it is 9-1/8 overall, with a 4-3/8 inch blade. It's stabilized & dyed maple burl scales are contoured to a slight coke-bottle shape.

The hand-made leather sheath is included; made of 7-8 oz leather, stitched with waxed artificial sinew. The sheath and the leather lanyard are dyed to a dark forest-green to compliment the handle.

Price: $250.00 plus $5.00 shipping

The first who says "I'll take it" either here, through PM, or through my email gets it. I prefer PayPal, but am open to other methods of payment.

Thanks for the comments guys, much appreciated. :)

The photos didn't come out quite as well as I'd hoped, but in hand it is very comfortable and surely unique looking. For some reason the green liners came out lighter in color in the photos than they are in person.
