Scandi Regrind Help

not sure if this is the right place, but I’m wondering if y’all could recommend someone to perform a regrind on a scandi Enzo Trapper in O1.

This is my fiance’s Knife. She tends to complain that the blade is too thick for food prep tasks; not a great slicer. I think she’d like it better if the blade was thinned out and converted to a saber grind.

Thoughts?
