I am not really a HOG, or even a piglet. But, I am a Busse fanboy! So, in the spirit that so many have shown and shared here on this forum, I am sharing my #2000 post and a very small give-away contest (I truly wish I could offer more).
So, this is how it will work. The first paying BF member to guess the total linear inches of INFI (tip of blades to end of pommels) that I own, will win.
Now, what I have to offer isn't much, but is very useful.
1) A very thin, cheap, new mousepad.
2) Several sheets of wet/dry sandpaper and emory cloth in the misc. grits that I use in sharpening my blades.
3) An EZE-LAP Diamond "M" rod sharpener. (Used/Tuned to how I use them. Smoothed on one side.) I use these for rapid field sharpening.
4) 1 box (50, 5" discs) 220grit, 3M Stikit 900DZ cloth sanding discs. (I use these doubled over, for a quick edge fix during heavy use)
5) 1 roll of Gorilla Tape. (I use this for making the Busse cardboard sheath into an almost indestructable, ugly, beater sheath)
6) 1 Superknife2 (About the cheapest back-up to a Busse I'll consider)
7) 100' of OD paracord.
I guess I would call this the "Wauseon Ghetto Blade Care Kit"
Thanks and Good Luck!
