Recently completed a deal with "scfishr" where the Satin Jack I sold him went the long way around the planet.
Has been my experience that USPS priority takes 3 days at the most from coast to coast (in this case from Oceanside CA to Swansea SC).
The 4th, 5th and 6th days passed with no sign of the elusive SJ. At that point there are some buyers who would have scratched me off their Christmas card list....but Michael hung in there. We kept in daily communication and each day after he checked the US mail I would get an email update. He always believed the knife would eventually show up...I had my doubts.
Anyway...the Satin Jack finally arrived on, I think, the 9th day after it was mailed...and what had the potential to be a troublesome situation was kept cool and ended well because both sides were willing to communicate.
