Hello!
This is the second Amboyna variation on my EDC that I normally do with 1084 and clay coating. It’s a slightly different handle shape that I love and feels great in the hand. I finished the damascus in a polish similar to what I do with clay coated blades, which gives it a beautiful polished finish rather than a typical dark etch that is given to damascus.
Knife Specs:
Blade: 5160/52100/15N20 “Alabama Damascus”
Handle: “Lion’s Blood” Amboyna burl. This variety of Amboyna burl is cut from the very edge of the burl and has amazing action and a deep red hue to it.
Length: 7” overall, 3” cutting edge
Pins: Nickel silver/copper mosaic and nickel silver thong tube
Sheath: 9oz, deep red/brown dyed, hand tooled. Waxed stitching.
Lifetime sharpening/Cleanup
Price: $SOLD (pm for pricequote), Shipped USPS Priority with Insurance
Paypal strongly preferred.
Thanks for looking!
