I saw these on ebay and just couldn't help my self cuz it just looked cool and it was big. It's almost a small sword.
It's a Schrade SCOR. Not sure what the SCOR stands for but for $50 bucks thought I'd give it a try. Craftsmenship is outstanding and it came sharp and included a thick leather sheath/scabbard.

Made in China and it's Stainless Steel. I'm think I'm getting used to just about everything made in China these days with an affordable price tag.
 
Forgive me, but the words "bushcraft" and "hatchet" don't seem to apply to the monster in the photo.
Call me old fashioned but I'd go with sub-hilt bowie... but that's me :)
 
I despise the new Schrade knives. I don't see the quality in them as their old USA made counterparts.
