You have two nice knives there.
I'm not sure about the "white box" part, but off the top of my head I can think of Bob Loveless, D'Alton Holder,
Van Barnett, and Richard Rogers, as custom makers who have done one or more collaborations. There may be a couple others, so sit chilly, and the guys will be along directly to add some more information.
