Schrade Fixed Blades!

And it's been something of a grail quest for me. You don't want to be stingy with your grail.
Now put it to work!

Of course if you aren't up to going hunting or fishing right now, you can always take a hike and prep a woodsy lunch!

ETA: My own recipe here is Club Crackers (or Ritz or hard roll), Can of Deviled Ham (or potted meat or chicken), Sharp Cheddar cheese, Beef summer sausage, and Life Savors or M&Ms for desert. Add trail mix if you prefer.

I know the feeling, when the 171UH popped on craigslist near enough to me I jumped on it. Drove an hour one way, but also had a nice 144UH thrown in the deal. I gifted the 144 to my best friend, and it was his 171 that inspired me to find one of my own.

Hey David matey, sorry to sound silly- I did a bit of quick research and couldn't find a pic of a UH 177- can you help me here my friend?

I was wondering as I didn't see anything immediately on a 177 - as I thought mmmm a 177? whats that? lol
Oh man I am disappointed now I thought that a rare Uncle Henry was going to come out the cupboard and start setting me off on a quest! :D

Chantarelles? Yum! I use Schrade Safety Grip fillet knives in the kitchen every day for years and 165 pattern knives every Autumn for boucherie. I have been on a fondling expedition amongst my lovelier Shrade fixed blades this afternoon. I came into a number of Herman William customized Schrades just before Doug Webber passed away. I would rather have him with us instead, but it was not to be.
