Old Schrade stamped Schrade over Cut Co. over Walden N.Y. Black comp handles that are chip & crack free,but there's scratches,yet it's shiny,so I think this knife was buffed out or something. A little blade loss and some pivot wiggle too. Blade lays off center when closed,no rub. 4" knife,try to look past all the negative things I've disclosed,to see the genuine ,as foun,old timers work knife
