Schrade LB7 Drop Point?

I've seen a few of these on eBay lately:

I've never seen an LB7 with a drop point before. Is it some variant I missed from years past, or is it a knife the new Tayler/Schrade is making?

There are quite a few of these around. Lots of different handles. Burl and others light woods as well as the dark rosewood standard LB handles..
Made prior to the closing. I had one for a year before they shutdown. I dont have any facts on numbers made or years. Nice knife. Easy opening with the DP not having a nail nick.

What is the vintage of that guthook model?

I guess I've missed much of what has happened with Schrade over the last couple of decades. My only interest in that time was Old Timer 8OTs.
