I have 2 of these and just cant seem to use both. it is new and unused. It has a belt clip, Knife, Scissors, screwdriver corkscrew etc. sealable Lighter compartment, removable compass, signal mirror, Red Led light, safety whistle, and some other stuff. Let me know what you have for trade.- Joel
