From top down: Vintage USA. Off Shore OTB. Offshore OT.

Blades open. As you can see, the offshore (OTB on top) has a slightly shorter Sheepsfoot, and the Spey is slightly shorter spine to edge, compared to the US made (center). I "think" this may be another feature to differentiate the much more valuable and rarer US made from the offshore Turner/BTI made.

Besides the colouration of the Delrin, the offshore knives have coarser "saw cuts". I have not conted them, but my estimate is the U.S. made has roughly 25% more "saw cuts". They are much finer than the offshore knives ... and on my examples, (bought new) the saw cuts on the offshore knives are not as "clean".
Of the 3, the OTB has had the most carry time. I like the 9CR18MoV blades.
