My eldest son is 15 as well and sounds just like you ,then again I do as well . Wish I had something like this at your age . I have a few of the Safety Firsts that I got off UL . This is the LB5. UL or Larry H told me the blokes name etched on the blade was killed in a industrial accident before they could award him his excellence in safety being this knife . I stirred him that he was pulling a horse deal on me but UL doesn't . I thought it a bit creepy ,me having his knife .I have a LB8 with a Safety award on it as well.

That knives is a beauty I'd kill for it great peace for a Schrade collection bro hold on to that one as for sounding alike I think it's because great mind think alike
Collecting these will keep you off the smokes and grog as they demand every cent you have sometimes . Here's the blade Etch on this one ,does yours have a etch on the blade? Regards Jamo
No mine does not but being that yours does it adds to collectors value really nice knife and I know I wound up spending everything I own for my Schrades lol
I'm not going to tell you how I used to save up for them . My son gets it easy ,I just give them to him ,then again he has a bit of stock to look after here .I'll give you his email if you want . Here is that LB8 i was talking about .
