I was remiss in not posting to the group. I forwarded LT's response to David directly as a reply to his pictures. Lt HAS been busy.

"On these it is best always to include the closed size this looks like a 3,3/8" they made 3 sizes 2,7/8" 3,3/8" 3,3/4" . This is called a tipper ( due to the tip bolsters ) Alway include whatever is written if it is an advertiser. It is tough to see in this one. If I was buying it I would try to get it under 100. 50 is a steal however that would be wholesale. The retail should be around 200 to 250. Condition on it is not great. but average. My book is always high as are all books this is so that a dealer can point to it and say this is the book price. The truth is after the 4 years since first published my book prices are now about right on. Any way let me know if this helps. Perhapes you can sent this info to him. He can contact me if he wants."
