You have basically four alternatives
1) White shoe polish (the type doctors and nurses use)
2) White nail polish
3) Pure Skunk oil (it stinks but, judging from your photo, it probably won't make much of a difference)
4) Ask your plastic surgeon about anal bleaching (same process)
