scotch brite and similar finish

No video but i use them for blending and finishing on plungless knives like my kitchen cutlery. They are tough to keep things crisp like your plunges. If you're looking for a belt finish try the 400-600 cork belts.
 
I like using them on hollow grinds. I don't usually hand sand hollow grinds and the finish comes out looking pretty good. I would recommend the extra fine (grey belt). I bought a brown one too, but never use it anymore due to it washing out crisp lines. Ymmv
