Scotchbrite wheels ?

depends on what youre doing...i had a belt but after a few years the splice failed, this wont happen with a wheel on a buffer, you can use it down to the nub...so for that reason id go with the wheel..theyre cheaper too.

I like using the wheels for the edges of my Skeletonized knives. The belts are great for working on the blades. I use both for various tasks. At my full time job, they throw out the wheels when they are worn to about half their size!! THANK YOU I say as a fish them out of the garbage

I usually dress a radius on them to get into the finger grooves and other tight places. I use all the textures with the wheels and medium and fine with the belts.
