Good is actually an understatement. Scott Gossman at Razorback Knives is beyond outstanding. He took my ideas / desires and turned them into this beautiful piece of blade:

This knife is the sharpest I've ever owned and equally pleasing to the eye. Scott's sheaths are also the toughest / most well constructed that I've come into contact with. It is great to see a custom maker who is equally adept at knife and sheath making.

I've had such a great experience with this knife that I commissioned Scott to build me another that I will be taking overseas in the near future. This weekend Scott and I met at a mall midway between our dwellings and poured over my cardboard drawing of the knife I envision. Scott asked questions, made suggestions, and will soon be off to the grinding wheel. I am quite excited about this, my second project with him and I'll be sure to post pics of the knife when it is done.

If you're in need of an outstanding blade see Scott and he'll treat you right.

I'll second that entire post!

After buying one, I e-mailed back and forth with Scott designing a similiar knife to yours with Buffalo Horn and now have a cutting machine!

Like the scales on your stanley_white, here is a picture on mine.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm glad I was able to bring to life your creation. I like to come up with my own designs, but there's more satisfaction when I can create someone else's "ideal" knife.

A hearty third from me. Both of those are functional, beautiful knives. My Camp Beast has already convinced me that it needs a Razorback companion piece at some point.

I will chime in here as an equally enthusiastic fifth! Scott, my package arrived Friday. Kudos on another well thought out design. The shirt was a great hit and I hope I was able to send a few more people to you site.

Once again thanks to everyone. I really do appreciate your support. People like you are the reason knifemaking is so satisfying. Making another knife enthusiast happy is what this is all about. ;)
