I remember looking at the post of the knife that Scott did of a blade blank that Jerry sold on the makers site. Great job he did. When I went to the link to see if there were anymore, I read that Justin had purchased them all. I contacted Justin to see if he would be so gracious to sell me one in each size and he did. Naturally, then I contacted Scott @ Razorback Knives and asked him to work his magic on the 9 inch version. He was more than glade to do so.

Arrangements were made and things mailed and emails exchanged with progress made, heat treated and cryo completed and blade finished. At every step, Scott let me know what was going on and when the next step was going to be complete. I got the magic call stating that I could send the money as the blade was ready to be mailed back to me. (I tried several times to send the money, but he always indicated that he would take it at the time of completion. I just don't do well with money burning a hole in the pocket)

I can't say enough about Scott and how he handled this. I look forward to getting the other two done as soon as I can find the money :D and urge everyone here to look into the Razorback knives if you have the need for something new.

Thank you Cerberus for the kind words. I really enjoyed working on that beast of a blade. I'm always ready for a challenge and those 1/4" hunks of steel are fun to work with. I look forward to working on your other two :D
