Scout Hook Keychain Bottle Opener - Hammered Brass LTD

It was purchased a couple of months ago. It was never carried, only handled. Aside from a slight patina, there are no visible marks. No scratches or dings. It's just not for me. Mint. Tested a few times but never carried. It looks exactly as it came - pristine. It was received in June, 2015. I just have too many flashlights and decided to move this one on before I became tempted to really use it.
One thing to note is that the battery rattles a bit in the tube when it is off. It doesn't affect function, but you will notice the movement when off. This was addressed by Enrique Muyshondt on the Candle Power Forums. The foam pad was reduced to allow for improved twist action. Additionally, tolerances were optimized for the high side to allow for the maximum range of batteries to be used, and this causes the cells to be a bit loose.
You will also notice a slight flickering on occasion, depending on where it is in the turn cycle (from off to low).
These run $225.00 new. A great backup light at a great price. Asking $180.00 shipped (includes PP fees). Shipping only to USA (please see note below). NO TRADES.

I'm a US citizen with a US address, but currently and temporarily residing in Kyoto, Japan. The item is in Kyoto and will be shipped from Kyoto...EMS with tracking (usually 4-5 days) with tracking to your door. Shipping to/from Japan is extremely efficient. I have lived on and off here for a combined total of over 7 years. And I've received and sent many items to and from the US during this time with no problems. Almost all of my feedback on the Bay has been from Japan.
