I have a huge box of scrap wood I got from a local bow maker. I know there are a lot of pieces of cocobolo and other exotic woods. I have pics of the box and some of the pieces in there. Some are blocks, some are wedges that would really be good for spacers, and i have a few pieces of roots I pulled from grandpas garage. I'm offering a good deal on the pieces. If this thread needs to be moved, please do so. Here are the pics.

As you can see its a huge box. Many different pieces mixed in. Some can be made into scales. This guys makes come beautiful bows and uses a lot of different woods in them. Name what you want and price and I will see if I can identify it. Or if you live in San Antonio or near San Antonio and feel like taking a drive just come on by and pick out what you want. Give me a call and we can make a deal. Phone number is in my signature. This is to help me buy a new arrow and string for bow fishing. Once I move back in with mom I'm getting back into making knives.

I'm not quite sure what the root pieces are cause I found them in grandpas garage. I already sent you a PM.

Look like that would be good for starting the fire in the stove this winter. Good luck and have a great one JM son of IG. -----------:D

That looks like the bin in my shop. Every winter, when the first cold night hits, I go out and bring in the "cut off and scrap" bin. We light our "$1000 dollar fire".
