- Any and all knives which have already been re-profiled will be pictured and described as-such, I will re-profile on request to different edge geometry if you require it.
- I chose edge angle to give best balance cutting ability and edge retention while retaining minimum require durability.
- All sharpening work is completed by myself on my Tormek T-8 grinder, which guarantees steel temper is preserved
- V-grind edges will have a VERY slight hollow shape to the edge, which does not meaningfully affect strength of edge
