Scrapyard 711 is in the store!

Well, the 711 looks pretty much like the SOD and the 511 looks exactly like a Dumpster Mutt. These guys running out of ideas or what?
 
I doubt it. I just think Jerry is a smart business person. After all, why bother making something new when there's such a huge demand for your old designs?
 
Order is in....I have a hard time passing up such a nice chunk of SR101 for that price.

They are similar but there are still differences. And I agree with others, many people want those old designs and these basic lines are giving people who are new to Bussekin a chance with out paying the inflated price the BST demand.
 
Does anyone know if the handle is the same as the 511 (which is a tad small for me) or the larger version? On spec's, it looks to be 1/2" longer, but I won't pull the trigger without more info there... :(
 
I guess I am a little slow but I just ordered mine. I haven't even used my 511 yet or order its sheath. Maybe I can order both sheaths together now.

...none of them are in the hands of any makers yet (end users) and they are not likley to be before Christmas/January I would suspect. Once they are out there are a few "Usual Suspects" here (alwezke, By Brown, Bussecrazed, Armorall, Rainwalker etc etc) who will no doubt make them available in short order.

I'm gonna throw mine in a spare spec ops sheath I've got, should fit ok and will hopefully be an ideal setup for screwing around with :)

I have high hopes and big plans for this blade :D
