Trying to trade for a Swamp Rat Vex.
1. Scrapyard Mudpuppy with kydex sheath from Steelnut. I hand convexed the blade and there is no comparison between its cutting performance and the stock edge. Great slicer, excellent ergos and a wonderful kydex sheath with teklok. The blade is still plenty robust to handle all your cutting needs, it's not so thin you have to baby it. A few scratches on the blade from the kydex but they could be polished out if you desire. Excellent condition user.
2. Scrapyard S5. Gray blade, green handle. Thinned the edge down some (V edge, not convex) but it's still on the thicker side as I saw this as a rough use kind of knife. Some coating smoothing from batoning it a few times. Only used a couple of times. Can include a generic, overly snug fit cordura sheath if you want, never got around to buying kydex for this one. PS that's not rust on the logo it's just a bit of dirt.
Like I said I'm seeking a Swamp Rat Vex. I'll trade the Mudpuppy + sheath for the Vex without a sheath, or swap the S5 + something cheap for the Vex. You can email me other offers if you want, some other knives I'd consider are...
