Scrapyard Regulator and DeRegulator

Here I have a Scrapyard Regulator and DeRegulator. Neither have ever been used or carried. Both are in molle comparable nylon sheaths. These bad boys are almost 1/3” thick SR101 and pretty much indestructible and very hard to find. $315 each shipped in the USA. Price is net to me.
