screwing arround with W-2. (some drop points)

He guys heres my latest attempt at hamons on W-2. I think they came out alright. what do you guys think.
Ive got some green pakkawood on one and desert ironwood on the other. Let me know what yoiu guys think!!

I think they look great! If I had to be picky I would want the hamon to run parallel to the edge the whole way. But I still dig it!
 
I was just messing around with these ones, I am still trying to figure out the best way to lay on my clay. Since it was 1/8" stock I quenched in canola oil because I figured it was thin enough to obtain the desired results. But now that I have parks 50 I should be able to get more consistent hamons on W2 and 1095.
 
When bringing out a hamon, the finer you sand, the greater the detail you bring out. I go to minimum 800g, but on some pieces, 2500g. I do a hybrid polish rather than the ferric chloride.
