Screws confused ;-))

Hallo everybody.

I have been interested in knives for some time already but sometimes I am not able to describe them as well as I wanted to (in English). I know how to describe the blade (different shapes and grinds)and the handles but I have problems with screws.

Yes.... with screws.... There are so many different kinds and I am confused a lot. Some of them do not even have equivalents in our language. Not only they do not have Czech names but they are not sold here either

Anyway, I am looking for some web page with pictures of different screws and their names - if such a page exists.

The reason for this question is that I wanted to order some screws for my kit-knife handle but I did not even know what I needed

i get all my screws from http://www.halperntitanium.com/ they have all common kinds and the taps etc are readily available from travers tool, msc supply and rutland tool companies. If you need to use metric screws...i cant help.
