Beautiful picture, what a way to start this new thread off. I have a feeling this is going to be great, especially with all the endless varieties available of both blades and seafood. I will post my contribution upon the next dish I prepare. Thanks for starting this.

Thanks Retired UPS Driver They were very good. First time I ever ate them. In the Northeast they aren’t considered edible, but a thread here and a few internet searches made me realize what I’ve been missing.
