Based on your quoted specs, I'd say the Benchmade Griptilian or Mini Griptilian knives fit your need.
By the way, the left knife in that posted picture sure looks like a Grip to me - I held mine up next to it, and it's pretty identical. However in spite of what that picture might indicate, the steel liners go all the way through the handle. The handle material just "wraps" around the steel liner along the top and bottom edges, but it's steel all the way through.
Going down the list of original specs:
1. No hole - The grip can be had either way. The 551/556 models are the thumb stud variety.
2. Screwed - Yes, using torx (star) screws.
3. No plastic - Not sure on this. Some folks claim the Grip models feel "plastic-ey" but I've never thought that. I really like the feel of mine. But I don't know exactly what the grip is made of.
4. No liner lock - The Grip Axis lock is pretty much the best lock out there. The first time you operate one, I can almost guarantee the first thought that will go through your mind is "oh wow...."
The 556 can be had for roughly $60 from various places on the web.
By the way, in addition to the 710 folks are mentioning, another possibility for you to consider would be the BM 707 Sequel.
