Searching thick ATS 34 square

As a german knifecollector, it is hard for me to find ATS 34 in my country.
Can anyone help me to find an adress in the states, where I can order a massive piece of ATS 34 for a blade with a thickness of 1/4" and an OAL of 15".

Hope they have 1/2 " thick piece for me. My new baby will be a fat one..
