Seax use review

Between pork and beef, it's a red meat. Can be a bit dry, cook WELL as there can be parasite issues as with wild pig.

Killed me a boar so I know about the trichinosis parasite and about cooking the meat to kill it...
I was just wondering what it was like.

I haven't hunted much myself but I have had a lot of different game animal meats to eat.
Bear meat would be sort of interesting to try someday.

Warty, it's closer to beef than pig, at least to me. It does have the "stronger" taste that game can have, but I've only had meat from two bears, so I could have "sample error" going on :-)

Elk and Deer are among my favorite meats in the whole world Dino, they are fantastic when cooked right.
