First unconditional "I'll take it!" posted in this thread with an immediate follow-up email or PM to arrange payment gets first priority on these conditions:

International Sales

I will ship internationally but only if the parcel can be tracked and insured and buyer covers shipping costs. I will not state reduced value on customs forms.
I will send shipping confirmation directly after shipping but once the knife leaves the USA I will not accept responsibility if it is lost outside of the US.

Return Policy

I take detailed pics and videos of the condition of each knife exactly as it is at the point of sale. If the buyer feels that the knife is in a different condition than pictured and described then I will gladly refund the purchase price on the following conditions:

Buyer will have 3 days from date of delivery to notify me that they are not satisfied with the knife. Buyer pays for return shipping. I will refund the money once I have received the returned knife.

If I receive the knife back in a different condition than I shipped it to the buyer I will not refund the full purchase price but will return the knife to the buyer.

Thanks for looking.

Sorry to clutter the thread but I am new to CRK (only have one). What does it mean when it doesn’t have the Idaho stamp?

In the past people would complain about non-sales related posts in the exchange but that was because it bumped the thread to the top. That does not happen anymore so I will reply.

I can't remember which year, but at some point Chris started stamping all his knives with "Idaho Made" on the back scale. There are many Chris Reeve fans who don't like the amateurish looking font used and how it is done. It caused some controversy at the time because many people complained to Chris about it, and as usual, there were different views with some calling those who complained "whiners/cry-babies" etc. because in their view, its a knife after-all, not art or whatever.

But like myself, some don't and probably won't own the Idaho Made stamped knives. At least for the models where the non-stamped ones are available. Some of the newer models obviously that is the only choice.

I don't know Chris' motivation but I think there is some tax benefit from the state or something for the stamp.

I for one will pay premium for none Idaho stamp CRK's.
