Sebenza 21 or 25?

I've been wanting a Sebenza for a very long time. I was finally ready to pull the trigger when the 25 came out. Now Im torn between the two, I'm afraid if I get the 21 I'll regret it and wish I had gotten the 25. For those of you that own both, should I hold out a little longer for the 25?
 
I would get a basketweave large 21 with UG for sure. It will be a while until the 25 have extra options. Love me some 25 though!

Went to cutlery shop to handle 25.

feels nice and bulky, though I think the 21 is right for me and didnt feel the urge to buy one.

maybe later when they offer a small with wood inlay.
 
I own both, and to me they are very different knives. The 25 feels much more robust in the hand, it locks up like a bank vault, and just feels like it's ready to go to work. Whereas the 21 (to me) is more elegant, smooth, the epitome of CRK. If I was you, I'd get the 21. While I love both my Large 21 and my 25, and doubt I'll ever part with either of them, the reason that I appreciate the 25 so much is because I'm able to put it next to my 21 and see the progression. And of course, obligatory picture...

It will only be for special occasions? Then without a doubt get a 21. The 25 is a heavy work knife in my opinion.

Haha your 21 looks like it should be the Sebenza "Medium" in that pic. :)

I'd go with the 21. Or for the same money, find a nice used inlay Classic.

Whatever you choose, you can't really go wrong.

Heh, the 25 is just such a beast!
 
The 25 carries and feels really nice in hand without the clip. I slide mine into a slip sheath by the amazing Paul long. ;)
 
I really don't have any problems with the clip on the 25. I've seen many people complain that it digs into their hand, but I don't notice it at all.

I don't either. :confused:

Then again, I haven't had it off yet. Maybe it'll feel way better without it. Either way I need the clip. Never lost a clipped knife, so it's staying put!
 
I was also having trouble deciding but eventually went with a 21 inlay, gotta love that ebony woods.
 
That's a tough choice good sir! I love them both but been carrying my 25 exclusively lately. I like the 25 a lot! But if it were me if you had to wait for one I'd get the one the you could get sooner.
 
But for special occasions the large sebenza is quite large. So the small 21 sounds like your style.

Same for me. I had a small long enough to decide that I preferred the large.
