I bought it brand new, carried it around in my pocket for one day, cut tape to open a couple boxes, and then decided I would rather have another Insingo (which I already bought - amongst others. lol).

The only flaw is on the titanium scale, when the knife was dropped on a tile floor (blade was closed) and the scale got a little banged up on the front...it was very minor to begin with, and then I used some wadding polish to smooth it out. Now it looks like a tiny bit of honest pocket wear, rather than a mark. It's barely noticeable, but I will post pictures of that in my next reply. By the way, CRK will reblast the scale to look like new whenever you send it in for sharpening, so it's really a non-issue.

Other than the very minor boo-boo, the knife is like new. Blade is factory sharp and centered, lockup is perfect, and it is exceptionally smooth opening (as one would expect). I should also mention this one is not as stiff as some Sebenzas I've had - I can flick it open with zero wrist action (and absolutely no blade play either).

*Comes with everything as new - grease, Loctite, cloth (forgot to include it in photo), sticker, and all papers that came in the box.

This knife sells for $520 new (same price as a micarta 21 with double thumb studs). I will sell for $old, including paypal fees and shipping.

I'll eat the fees since I'm kinda new around here. If you're at all worried about me being new, I have TONS of online references from my business, just ask.

Blade Forum rules...first I'll take it followed by payment gets it.

The above pics were taken before I dropped the knife. Here are pics of the damaged side...like I said above, it's barely noticeable. I used a little wadding polish to clean it up and it came out so good, that I didn't bother sending it back to CRK for spa service.

PS - This knife can be refinished (blasted) to look like new again any time you want to send it to CRK for sharpening/spa service. The Micarta models are the only CRK insert models that can be re-blasted if you send it in for spa service. There's a bit of confusion there because the wood insert models cannot be re-blasted, so I called and verified with CRK before I started hoarding Micarta Sebenzas.
