Sebenza and apples

I have used my mnandi with the same S30V blade to cut up apples and such. All I did was rince the blade thoroughly and there was no ill effects. I know oranges are more acidic. This may cause an issue, but only if left uncleaned I am thinking. If your able to clean it after use, I am confident there would be no issue at all.
