Damn that's beautiful!!!! First dibs if you wanna let her go!!! [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]

That sebenza was born my my birthday. I would have been a senior in high school. What a cool blade! To bad that wasn't my graduation gift.

Edit: realized it was my 18 birthday
If you decide to sell it can I get second dibs?

Yes, of course. I don't know what I will do, but when I decide I will let you and a few others know before I post an ad. Take care. Steve

Well, photobucket is not working right now. I have a 2002 large regular with B&W Damascus which is non-stainless. Fortunately, I have the paperwork, here's what it says:

All blades made with non-stainless Damascus require special attention to maintain the original appearance and prevent corrosion. Some of our Damascus blades are etched with Ferric Acid to produce a black and white effect, others are treated with Salts of Nitre to achieve Bronzed and Blued finish.

Please note that the finish on the Blued or Bronzed blades is cosmetic only. This surface finish fades when it comes in contact with high acid content, items such as apples, oranges, steak, fingers. etc.

As far as price goes, it's all subjective. If you feel the asking price is fair and want the knife bad enough, jump on it.
You can always negotiate some wiggle room. Good luck!!!!

Thank you. That is very useful!

Beautiful Twist Damascus blade...[emoji16] and it's perfect with it's Regular profile.. Still here for first dibs when you wanna let it go Steve....

Loves me some B&W Damascus. Thats a nice specimen. Its almost a raindrop pattern at a slant with a hint of ladder.
