Sebenza curiosity...................

I understand that CRK uses some sort of slack belt to give their Sebenzas that insanely sharp, polished edge. I am curious if I can achieve the same edge, or very close to it, without a slack belt. If possible, anyone have any ideas how this is can be done?
I currently use an Edge Pro and a leather strop to get a sharp, polished edge (enough to see your reflection) to get a satisfactory edge. Could I use these items to get the same CRK edge? Any iformation would be appreciated. Thank you.

I believe CRK uses a felt wheel for the final polished edge. The edge is actually convex and that helps the very sharp durable profile.

I like to use a fine ceramic stone, or a glass fillament from an old Quartz heater to get a razor edge. Either works well for me.
