Sebenza DOB

I just received my first Sebenza today, a large classic MM. It looks like there are numbers on the inside of the liners, towards the clip end. Are those date of manufacture? Looks like it says 8 06, thanks. Ps this is a superb knife.

I must look at mine. DOB on my 2 Sebbies was on a paper that came with them.

B 06 means that it was manufactured in the second quarter of 2006. It means when the part was made and not necessarily the date that it was put together or "born".

Mystery solved, thanks so much! I am excited to finally have the knife I have been wanting for nearly 20 years. I will be a Sebenza guy for life.

Nothing even comes close. I, like you waited a looooooooooooong time. Then Shortly after buying my first I got the second one. Instead of wasting money all those years on other brands I should have bought a Sebbie and saved money
