I've seen these Sebbie/bevvie/watch threads, and thought as I'm in the market for a good flashlight for my car, that I'd ask you lot what you'd recommend. I've seen some photos across the forum of flashlights paired up with your knives, so what would a Sebenza owner recommend for a good, tough, bright, small flashlight?

Thanks all, and have a great weekend!

For something I would keep in my car (i.e. could get stolen), I'd get a fenix L1D or L2D...uses easier to find AA batteries and the price is pretty good..especially compared to Surefire and Novatac (which I also have, but would have a hard time leaving in my car)...

but it you want to stay with the Titanium and big bucks theme of CR, check out McGizmo's lights....

True, one of those would work as well. The Aeon or Nautilus are much smaller though if that's what you're looking for.

Here's a few McGizmos in Ti

Maybe I should pose the question like this:

What's the best LED flashlight (battery type doesn't matter) I can buy for at/under 75.00?

fenix P30 or whatever the new upgrade is called. couple improvements over the P3D, which I edc, great runtime, very bright. the only thing I don't like about it is the strobe and sos, but you can't please everybody all of the time. you can find the CR123A batteries for it for about a buck a pop if you shop around a little, and you can get a natural finish that'll match your sebbie.

I edc a nitecore ex10. I have novatacs, surefires, hds, Arc, Fenix. For the money I am very pleased and it easily fits in your < $75.

I knew I should have never opened this thread. Now I have an Aeon speeding to my door...

At least I was smart enough to stay away from the knives and watches thread!

The Aeon is a fantastic little light- you'll be very pleased! Did you go for the Ti or the anodized model?

It was all I could do to just order the black anodized model but I just bought some rather extravagant handguns, and given the economy and all I thought I should economize.

Of course that means the Ti model will follow.

It is due in the mail tomorrow and I can't wait to try it out.

Thanks for the encouragement!
