Sebenza lanyard material

Hey,
Does anyone know where to get the same type of lanyard material that is put on a Sebenza but in a different color? I am looking for blue and purple?

550 Para cord should be about the same and you can find it in about any color.
 
I contacted CRK, and Bridget was kind to give me info. on where they get their lanyard material.

Thanks for the info Herbieduke. The stuff that CRK uses is very different from 550 cord. It retains its cylindrical shaped unlike 550 cord which flattens out. I really like the cord that CRK uses but have never been able to find a match for it, closes I have come has been black boot laces.
 
You might check out stores that supplys hiking and climbing gear. A couple of the places around here sell cord similar to that you describe in their climbing gear sections. It is used for lashing things onto your gear. Some of this line is thinner than 550 chord and retains it's shape in use. It is a place to start looking at least. :)
 
I stopped in Bent Gate Mountaineering in Golden, CO and picked up the same diameter in climbing/utility cord. REI and other outdoor shops have similar cording.
