Sebenza Lock up?

Look around and read some discussion boards and I think it is fair to say that CRK has the best customer service or any knife company.

If you have a problem I believe they will stand behind there product much better than many of the other brands.

CRK has the spa service which most do not.
CRK will replace blades which I don't think most will do.
CRK encourages you to disassemble/clean/lube you knife. Some companies this voids a warranty.
CRK tolerances are very tight compared to other brands.

If you ever have a problem with a knife you want CRK to back you up.

FYI today I got a used large 21 in the mail. The lockup on this one was about 80%-90% . I emailed CRK a pic and the response was,

"Based off the picture you provided, the lock bar is right where it needs to be.
Because our knives are designed to have a late lock up, the only cause for concern is if the lock bar is touching the front scale, or if the lock bar is less than 60%.
If you still have concerns, please feel free to send your knife into our shop and we will be happy to look at it for you."

This was helpful, and I wasn't really concerned. I cleaned and re-assembled the knife tonight, and low and behold, the lockup was down to about 65-70%. I put the blade stop sleeve in randomly, so probably not oriented the same way it was when I disassembled the knife, which may have made a difference. Or just tightening it down snug all nice and clean.
