Yes Gunnery Sergeant ,with the amount of blade awards they won it would be hard to argue that there fit and finish is anything but top notch for 99% of their blades. I even stated in the now infamous thread how i loved my nyala and umnum(edge i put on umnum was unreal). My problem is their customer service. I have seen threads similar to mine and had people private messaging me with similar problems with crks customer service. Most of them kept it pm not to upset the crk fanboys and engage in further pissing contests. It seems to me whenever there is a problem with a crk knife crk always blames the customer like a bad knife could never leave Idaho. The way they handled my issue by not letting me PURCHASE a new blade so i could resell was childish. Thats the level they want to play on well then me throwing personal insults about them back is on same level they chose to be on. Maybe i shouldn't have went down to their level but i did.
Back on topic, the OP asked sebenza or other framelock. I say buy a XM 18 or Lionsteel sr1. Even before i had my problem with crk i would have chose those over crk. I like the blade steel options on the xm better(i have xhp but 20cv will also outdo s30 or 35 and the sleipner on my sr1 better then s30 or s35.I also like the way these knives feel in hand better then the sebenza. Neither one will out sclice the hollow grind on the crk though but if slicing is what you are looking for grab a slicer grind xm. Both these knives framelocks to me seem like they would hold up better long term as well
