The screw head access hole in the clips shown greatly reduces the cross sectional area at the point that the clip is flexed most. This is the reason that many deep carry clips have two ears with holes in them that are outside the profile of the clip. You could minimize the size of the hole by making it just large enough for a Torx bit and mounting the screw to the clip through an axial slot. Alternately you could swell the width of the clip around the hole to increase the cross sectional area at the stress point. Bicycle cone wrenches are made this way.
Nice job Haze! May I ask what kind of equipment you used to make that?
It might be easier to make if the pocket clip hole were filled (I believe there is an off the shelf piece from CRK for this?) and the clip that you make was bent down 1-2mm from the end (end that you have recessed in the clip pocket) just to stop side-to-side movement.
That is a nice job considering what you had to do to make it fit. No easy task whatsoever!

An alternative would be to drill and tap the insert 2x and affix the clip to the insert, then the insert to the handle. Just thinking out loud...well..because I want one![]()
LOL! Yes..I may be able to make one..But my forte' is mill's and lathes. Dealing with sheetmetal is a pain when it's 5052 aluminum...That says nothing of Ti, which I have never had any experience with in sheetmetal form. I do have a few sheets of the thin stuff laying around..Maybe I will give it a shot. That might have to wait until school is out at the end of December.
