I'm curious. Were you out of luck to have it replaced for free (warrantee) or they would not sell you a new regular blade?

I'm pretty sure you can request a new blade, you will have to pay for it (if it is not a warranty issue). But if they can replace the wood inlays I'm pretty sure the blade should not be an issue.

I called chris reeve and they said that they only replace the blade when it is a warranty issue or the blade is out of specs. this will cost 120.00
