Ditto here. But I read recently that the integral lock bar would require a small scallop(?) to facilitate thumb placement. On the models that do come with dual studs, the scallop is already there. If it at least clears without needed modification, then I' d spring for a dual stud replacement.

I don't know the exact conversion cost, somewhere around $35 I think.
The addition of the small scallop done when adding the dual thumb lugs will be exactly like the ones that come from the shop originally with two lugs. It is a slick setup, give them a call and send it in, if you like duals,(I don't, did send one in and have it done tho) you won't be dissappointed.

As in, two studs on each side of the blade, for a total of four?

I was confused for a bit there and thanks, James, for asking the question!
Yea, it would be different but, sorry, that's not something we would do!

Well, not I. I just desire a single thumstud on each side. What are costs and turnaround time Anne?

Perhaps a larger diameter thumb stud rather than double on one side? Hmmm...
